The "Sugar Cover-Up": In the 1960s, the sugar industry paid Harvard scientists (Project 226) to shift the blame for heart disease from sugar to saturated fat. This led to the "Low Fat" craze, where manufacturers removed fat from food but replaced it with massive amounts of sugar to make it taste good.

The "Ancel Keys" Effect: Discuss the "Seven Countries Study." Keys famously cherry-picked data to prove fat was bad, conveniently leaving out countries (like France and West Germany) that ate lots of fat but had low heart disease.

The "Profit" Motive: A cured diabetic buys no drugs. A managed diabetic is a customer for life. Is the push against "Keto" (which can reverse Type 2) actually about protecting pharmaceutical revenue?
